Curve Aid Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Curve Aid (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles shipping, delivery timelines, costs, and your responsibilities as a customer. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Note: Processing may take longer during peak periods, product launches, or promotions. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.

  • Other international destinations

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin once your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly communicated via banners or emails.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

  • Customers are solely responsible for these charges.

  • We do not control these costs and cannot predict their amount.

Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control and not grounds for refund.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to address errors
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Returned packages due to address errors may be reshipped at your expense.

7. Shipping Providers

We ship using reputable carriers including Bpost, PostNL, DHL, UPS, and their partners.
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

8. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier-related issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Strikes or unforeseen events

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue to info@christilasamoah.com within 5 calendar days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and tracking number.
    We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps.
