Sizing Advice

Our Recovery Faja Bodysuit is made with a high-compression blend of 85% Polyamide and 15% Elastane — engineered to provide firm support, help reduce swelling, and shape the body during post-surgical or postpartum recovery.

This style offers structured compression with a close, sculpting fit. It’s designed to hold you in securely while still allowing enough flexibility to move and breathe comfortably.

You can order your true size for optimal support and results. However:

If you’re between sizes or prefer less pressure during long wear hours, we recommend sizing up for more comfort.

If you're early in your recovery and experiencing swelling, sizing up may help accommodate your current body state while still providing compression.

Note: This garment may feel snug at first — that’s expected. The fabric will begin to mold to your body with regular wear.

Still unsure? Message us with your waist, hip, and bust measurements — we’ll be happy to recommend the best fit for your recovery journey.
